- Retaining
a Properly Educated, Trained & Certified
Forensic Handwriting Examiner or Document Examiner -
Unfortunately,
certain individuals hold themselves out to be an alleged document examiner. Therefore, before you retain a pseudo-document
examiner, Ron Rice recommends that you inquire about:
The length of time the alleged document examiner studied
stroke structure and what s/he studied/performed in a LICENSED and CERTIFIED state/federally APPROVED laboratory training
environment.
The number of examinations completed, and DOCUMENT the grade average, for his/her certification.
The name and location of the LICENSED school.
The credentials of the instructors.

- WARNING -
CLIENTS:
Should you be advised that any one of the following alleged or pseudo-document examiners is opposing you in court - and, if
your attorney does not properly force them to prove they are in fact AUTHENTIC document examiner - their intentional misrepresentation/lies
to the court and jurors MAY cause you TO LOSE your court action. This Examiner will provide the necessary questions
so that your attorney will be able to prove if the alleged expert is truthful or a contemptuous liar.
Attorneys: Should opposing counsel inform you that they have retained the
services of any one of the following identified alleged document examiners and, you are not prepared to surgically cross-examine
them, YOU and YOUR CLIENT, MAY lose the court action as a result of their alleged and/or false/exaggerated credentials.
Unless the alleged document
examiner had his/her alleged FDE education and training VERIFIED and, has been properly CERTIFIED as a Document
Examiner by the American Academy of Forensic Scientists or other professional organizations such as the American Board of
Forensic Document Examiners, you may be dealing with a pseudo-document examiner a.k.a. a certified fraud.
Do not
allow a pseudo-document examiner's court and state testimony list, testimonials and college degree in a profession unrelated
to document examination, or membership in a private organization that certifies them as pseudo- document examiners fool you
as they have fooled their clients and the courts where they testified.

- How Easy Is It To Be Certified As A Pseudo-Forensic Document Examiner? -
From 1993-1996, one well
known Missouri (forensic) Association SOLD certifications as a Forensic Document examiner for $150.00.
Certain
other Associations that certify members as document examiners are made up of primarily graphologists posing as pseudo-document
examiners.
The forged/fraudulent military documents hoax of President George W. Bush as put forth on national
television by Dan Rather was supported by a pseudo-document examiner.
Certain of these pseudo-document examiner
people, especially in Massachusetts, have falsified and/or exaggerated credentials and perjure themselves in court or in other
legal settings.
Since the courts and respective attorneys are not properly informed about the education and training
required to become an authentic document examiner, it is easy for these frauds to continue perpetrating their hoax upon them.
Due to their incompetence they have to openly and maliciously lie about their education and training to the detriment
of their clients or opposing plaintiff or defendant.
Unless the individual has received the level of education
and training as required by and equal to that of the U.S. Secret Service, proper examination of the pseudo-document examiners
credentials, education and training will expose them for what they truly are - frauds who have been successfully fooling their
clients, attorneys, courts and others for years.
Do not let these pseudo-document examiner frauds fool you!
