Alleged and Pseudo-Document Examiners (continued)

Certain of these organizations require its members to be in "agreement with their {alleged} Code of Professional Responsibility and the Code of Ethics - and... (G)ood moral character?!"

One of their members of alleged good ethical moral character is the Secretary of their Board of Directors.

This pseudo-association of pseudo-document examiners knew or should have known that Nancy McCann is an incompetent fraud and in violation of their standards and properly rejected her for membership. Instead she was accepted as a member and eventually Secretary to the Board.

Ms. McCann is a perfect representation of what pseudo-document examiners and their pseudo-association of document examiners are all about with their phoney standards and ethics.

Ms. McCann, no doubt, is the pride of this pseudo-association of pseudo-document examiners where it's members do not have to be of good ethical and moral character and, can become a member of the Board of Directors while continuing to perpetrate a fraud upon the courts and unsuspecting attorneys and clients

2. This alleged document examiner, was so incompetent and without credible credentials, a certain MA municipality was forced to replace her. Ron Rice was called in to salvage the damage caused by this pseudo-document examiner.

Much later, this alleged DE testified in Probate Court that she is now a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, Forensic Document Unit (or whatever they call it). At the end of her testimony, under oath, she stated: She was not, however, certified by the American Society of Forensic Sciences and would not consider taking their tests until... THEY meet her standards.

Proper questioning will expose this pseudo-document examiner as a [FDE] fraud.

Nancy McCann [McCann Associates], a Boston pseudo-document examiner, without any known study through a recognized school in handwriting stroke structure, has falsified and exaggerated credentials and has been perpetrating a fraud upon the courts and attorneys since at least 1995.
   Her whole work history has been built off of an intentional fraudulent and perjures facade   She is a fraud and a perjurer who, if the courts were aware of her false and lacking credentials, beginning in 1995, she would never had been qualified as a pseudo document examiner and/or handwriting examiner. As a result, one can only imagine how much harm/damage she has caused others with her well crafted phony credentials.
Nancy McCann, like her mother, Joan, have testified on behalf of the state and local prosecutors involving criminal matters, certain of which have resulted in lengthy prison sentences for certain defendants. In reality, Nancy and Joan McCann should be the ones prosecuted for their false credentials.
Nancy and Joan McCann have intentionally made fools out of the MA Attorney generals Office, District Attorneys Offices and various other law enforcement agencies in and outside of MA.
One can only imagine the shock and embarrassment these agencies will experience when it is brought to their attention that they have been - and are still - utilizing the unqualified testimony of a pseudo-document examiner when prosecuting certain defendants.
Be sure! Opposing/defense counsels will not easily dismiss the fact that certain of their clients may have been damaged by this pseudo-document examiners testimony. Or worse! Are currently being prosecuted - in part - based on the testimony of this pseudo-document examiner.
I am sure that the ACLU and other Victim Advocate Organizations and related Families of Prisoners would be shocked to learn about the McCann's fraudulent credentials.
They boast of having the most sophisticated laboratory in MA.
True! Required 'props' to complete their deceptive act as pseudo-document examiners. Problem is THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO USE anything beyond a microscope. They ARE NOT properly educated, trained and certified document examiners.
Ron Rice can purchase a stethoscope, examination tables and other medical instruments required to open a  doctors office; but that does not qualify him as a medical professional.
Surgical questions, under oath (deposition), will quickly expose this pseudo-document examiner for the fraud and professional liar/perjurer she is.

4. Eileen Hurley: This alleged document examiner paid $150.00 to a Missouri organization [I was the National Training Director for Forensic Handwriting Examination and Forensic Profiling] for a worthless certification over my objections regarding her proven lack of credibility. The CEO stated: "I don't want to give the money back, I won't re-certify her next year." This same CEO was later caught selling worthless certifications for $150.00 to others who could scrape up the money. I resigned from the Association in 1996. This incompetent person, to this day, still claims certification by this organization.
Proper questions, under oath, will expose this person for claiming the fraudulent title of document examiner. She is a handwriting examiner only!

Unfortunately, there are certain others in MA who fall into this same category.
I have yet to identify the pseudo-document examiner from Texas who is a CONVICTED FELON!

These 'frauds' can cause serious harm to peoples lives, reputations and families.

Please remember ~ If an individual lies about his/her credentials, what else will s/he lie about?
